Design 01
Design-build is the first line on every service we run. Design assist, computer renderings, shop drawings and value engineering happen before anyone frames a wall, including value engineering on items that somebody else designed.
Build 02
Ground up and tenant improvement. Commercial and residential. Iron work, air conditioning and electrical are service lines of ours, so the scope that usually falls between trades does not fall on you.
Furnish 03
FF&E and procurement close the job out. Fabrication, purchasing and install across carpentry, upholstery, iron work, stone and drapery, down to the drapery, the bedding and the acoustic ceiling panels.

New Wings, Inc. were referred to me by a friend and colleague in the restaurant industry. We hired them to build a new restaurant in Henderson Nevada. They not only offered us the most competitive and comprehensive number for the buildout, but also resolved on the go issues related with areas of work not necessarily in their scope, bringing solutions and savings to what it could have costed much more and delayed the project considerably. New Wings made my transition to a new apartment a breeze. They evaluated what needed to be done in terms of structural repairs, lighting, placement of existing furniture as well as selection of new furniture and furnishings to achieve the look I wanted. It was a seamless process. They obtained every fixture installed in the apartment even going as far as selecting appliances such as televisions and washer/dryer combination. They designed closets to precise specifications to meet the need of each room. Finally, and incredibly, they arranged for and organized my move to the new apartment. I gave them the keys and less than two months later I walked into a fully furnished apartment. The entire operation was a delight. Finally, at all times they sought to achieve my objective at the most reasonable cost. I have already recommended them to all of my friends should they require renovations to their homes or should they acquire a new one.
We are so excited with the office renovation that New Wings provided to our building. The pricing was just right for our budget and the service and communication was outstanding. Our little few day project turned into a 6-week ordeal due to licensing, approval and inspection requirements once we found structural issues not on the building blueprints or city plans. Even with such a difficult situation, through the entire process, New Wings team were on our side, helped us, communicated to us at a high level and helped us create a positive solution. What does New Wings cover in house?
Five service lines: construction, iron work, air conditioning, electrical, and furniture, fixtures and equipment with procurement. On the millwork and FF&E side there are five shops: carpentry, upholstery, iron work, stone and drapery.
Can you furnish the space, not just build it?
Yes. The FF&E division handles design, value engineering for items designed by others, shop drawings, fabrication and purchasing, covering drapery, upholstery, bedding, iron work, stone, lighting, furniture, carpentry, millwork, upholstered wall covering, acoustic ceiling panels and custom made items.
How long has New Wings been in business?
Since 2006, with 333 projects executed.
What does the New York operation build?
Custom furniture and millwork, design services, architectural paneling and furniture refinishing. Published work includes the Hilton, Marriott, Conrad and Iberostar hotels, Hilton The Shop, Pier 17, 19 Park Place and private residences.
Can New Wings ship work out of state?
Yes. Shipments to other states are part of the published millwork and FF&E service list.
